Sophie joined Share plc in 2006 and is Manager of Sharemark, the stock market for smaller companies operated by The Share Centre. Since February 2010, Sophie has been responsible for the business development of Sharefunds.
Steve is a qualified accountant (ACCA) who joined Sharefunds in February 2012. He has many years’ experience in both fund accounting and fund pricing having worked at M&G and State Street Bank. Steve has experience in dealing with a wide range of funds.

Iain brings his experience as a private client stockbroker, and latterly a regulator with the Securities and Futures Authority and the Financial Services Authority, to bear directly on maintaining a strong compliance culture that delivers clear, fair and effective services for our customers.
He maintains oversight of the Sharemark and Sharefunds services for corporate clients, as well as the advice service, compliance, legal and HR functions of The Share Centre. During 2007 Iain completed a Masters Degree in Financial Services Law (LLM) with Distinction. He is also a non-executive director of WAY Group Limited.
