UK Stewardship Code Statement

Sharefunds acts as ACD for the funds listed here of which we manage in house the three sub-funds SF Adventurous, SF Cautious and SF Positive. The in house funds are fund of funds and therefore do not invest directly in securities and so do not need to adhere to the Stewardship Code. All other funds are manged by external fund managers who may or may not have a Stewardship Code of their own.

Under the rules of 'Comply or Explain' Sharefunds have opted for the above explanation.
